Des victimes se retrouvent dépossédées de leurs biens après avoir signé des contrats pour des réhabilitations, sous de fausses promesses de travaux à moindre coût. Des SCI ont été créées à leur insu, facilitant ainsi la spoliation de maisons et terrains.NB Finance et son dirigeant, Cédric Bistué, ancien président de l’ASBH L’Association sportive de Béziers Hérault ..un club de rugby  et gérant de la société martiniquaise « Opérateur partenaire social », déjà dans le viseur de la justice pour son rôle dans cette escroquerie.sont au cœur de cette affaire. Des millions d’euros auraient été détournés, impliquant également des accusations de faux et usurpation d’identité.Les victimes se mobilisent pour une plainte collective et appellent les autorités à intervenir.L’association ASSAUPAMAR invite toutes les personnes concernées à se manifester et à se rassembler pour porter cette affaire devant les tribunaux.
