Des SCI ont été créées à leur insu, facilitant ainsi la spoliation de maisons et terrains.NB Finance et son dirigeant, Cédric Bistué, ancien président de l’ASBH L’Association sportive de Béziers Hérault ..un club de rugby  et gérant de la société martiniquaise « Opérateur partenaire social », déjà dans le viseur de la justice pour son rôle dans cette escroquerie.sont au cœur de cette affaire.
